Introduction

Welcome to bkkk. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bkkk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bkkk website located at https://bkkk.io and all associated services, products, features, and content provided thereon (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the bkkk platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. Eligibility

Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension.

Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the bkkk platform. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a variation of your name, or through any other method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly should any of it change.

Account Verification (KYC)

bkkk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. All funds deposited to bkkk are held in your player account balance and denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bkkk does not charge any fee for standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with your provider.

Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time through the banking section of your account. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless you have completed full KYC verification and submitted a formal payment method change request.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are set based on your account verification tier and are displayed in your account settings. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the following timeframes:

Active bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are satisfied will result in the bonus balance being removed from your account.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence for that offer only.

General Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus offer is available to one account per player, per household address, per device, and per IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each bonus. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are completed will be removed from your account without compensation.
• bkkk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

Betting Rules

• A bet is confirmed only when you receive a bet confirmation reference number. Bets that have not been confirmed are not valid.
• bkkk reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds caused by a system error, pricing error, or human error. You will be notified and your stake refunded in the event of a void.
• Live (in-play) bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay. During this delay, odds may change. bkkk will accept or decline the bet at the odds prevailing at the time of acceptance, not necessarily the odds displayed when you initiated the bet.

Prohibited Conduct

• Any unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. The parties agree that any legal proceedings will be conducted in the English language.
